Tonight's JOINT training is a huge success. 60 Polk County Emergency Responders are currently attending HAZMAT Refresher. Tonight's training is taught by Charlie Freeman and funded from EMO grant money. Thanks to AJ Mumm of the Polk County Emergency Managers Office (EMO), who was in attendance. Among those departments in attendance: Ankeny, Altoona, Saylor, Pleasant Hill, Camp Dodge, Norwalk, Grimes, & Johnston. Dont forget, tomorrow's training @ Ankeny FD starting at 9 AM.
